An easy, delicious and gluten-free light meal

 Iris’s Tip 
 Ingredients 

Rice paper (do not wet them)

Eggs

Salt and pepper

You can add anything else you like to egg: cheese, parsley, spring onion, olives, mashed potato, tuna, etc....

 Directions 

Heat oil-free teflon pan!

Gently, not breaking the rice sheet, place half the rice sheet ifn the pan and hold the other half.

Fry for a minute, and then place the seasoned egg and fold. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.

You want the rice paper to be crispy

Amazing how easy and delicious it is.
