Another winning, foolproof recipe for the perfect tender and charred oven-roasted vegetables

 Iris’s Tip 

Preheat the oven on roast to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celcuis, and place the sheet pan at the bottom rack of the oven when ready to bake.

 Ingredients 

Vegetables of your choice

Olive oil

Salt

Ground black pepper

Dry minced garlic

Dry parsley 


 Directions 
  1. Preheat the oven on roast to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celcuis.

  2. Cute the vegetables diagonally.

  3. Place the vegetables, in a single layer, (not one on top of the other) on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the vegetables with olive oil.

  5. Season with salt, ground black pepper, dry minced garlic and dry parsley.

  6. Place the sheet pan at the bottom rack of the oven; roast for 20 minutes.
