These amazing crackers come with a warning ⚠️ They are so delicious and so very easy to make, that you will not stop making them!
Iris’s Tip
You may want to add more seeds and/ or spices on top of the crackers, such as Zaatar , dried onion, dried garlic, rosemary, crushed red pepper and whatever else you like.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 3 baking pans:
1 cup white or whole spelt flour (All-purpose flour is ok too)
1 cup of instant oats
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of flax seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/3 cup of olive oil
2 cups of water
*** Optional: you can add more seeds and/ or spices on top of the crackers, such as Zaatar , dried onion, dried garlic, rosemary, crushed red pepper , etc ...
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius or 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. The mixture should be very wet.
3. Line 3 sheet pans with parchment paper.
4. Divide the mixture into the three sheet pans and spread with a spoon or offset spatula.
5. If you have decided to add more seeds over the crackers or spices like Zaatar, dried onion, dried garlic, rosemary, crushed chili, etc ... it is time to do it now.
6. Bake for about 10 minutes, remove the pans from the oven. Using a pizza cutter, cut into squares (to your desired size).
7. Bake for 20 more minutes or until the crackers are completely dry.
8. Enjoy them with dips and cheeses
